It is the ideal gift, seductive in more ways than one: the transparent bottle, the bi-material label, its rare value, as much as the Champagne wine with its subtle aromas and silky texture.
With its sparkling yellow colour and golden highlights, this Champagne has a superb effervescence with very fine bubbles. A very pretty, intense fruity nose. On the palate, the freshness confirms the nose with aromas of yellow fruit (white peach) and subtle citrus notes (lemon). A fine salinity complements the acidity of this wine.
It will brighten up any aperitif and sublimate the finest dishes. It shines with scallop carpaccio or crayfish tail gratin.
